Meats are all juicy and tender. I have never had anything at Smoking Apple that wasn’t great. The Hickory Smoked Cajun Sausage and Smoked Baked Beans are my favorites.
So good, I’ve been to most of the barbecue places in Utah County, and this is superlative in every way. Better than Bam Bam’s and Five Star for sure. If I could rate this place ten stars, I would. Excellent.

It was the best BBQ I have had in a long time. I tried Five Star BBQ in Orem (terrible service and food)… Thought it would be good but it wasn’t at all! The Smoking Apple is the best! I would recommend this to anyone, BBQ fan or not, SO GOOD!!!
I have driven past this place a billion times and finally just tried it. Holy wow was my food good. I don’t like barbecue sauce, so I got the chicken plate without it and loved every bite. I also tried the cornbread and vegetables, both delicious. The ribs were so good!!
